UREMCO Limited Warranty Fuel Injectors

UREMCO warrants to the original purchaser of our units, its merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and has a duration on twelve (12) months from date of original purchase by such purchaser, produced it has not been in service for more than 10,000 miles. UREMCO does not warrant products which have been (a) modified or altered outside factory specifications, (b) subjected to conditions such as misuse, neglect, improper installations or adjustments, dirt or other contaminants, water or corrosion, gum or varnish, use of improper or low-quality fuel or fuel additives, or (c) used in other than those applications recommended on the UREMCO online catalog.

UREMCO shall not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of UREMCO products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
